I would like to see them get passed that issue as I think that it would do more for their business than just having a great marketing department.Īlso, I love their compressor vst plugins and I never hear anyone talk about those. They probably have 1 or 2 people or have people that have multiple roles and that is not their primary role. Worse, when you try and add pedals you get a spinning beachball. The plugin instantiates and has sound coming through but the routing window that is supposed to show pedals, amps, cabs etc. This seems like small company pains of not having a budget for a support staff. is broken in Pro Tools on Monterey (M1 Studio Mac). I also see a lot of complaints on the forums and not a lot of response from their support. I would consider it a big deal if it happened while playing live, but that is not the case. I don't consider it a big deal as you can simply reload the IR or flip from one channel and then go back on the amp.

This issue only seems to happen to me if I am using a high sample rate custom speaker IR. I will say it was kind of buggy when it first came out and to this day it will sometimes forget the speaker IR if you are tweaking deep level settings while editing. I also own the hardware BIAS AMP Head unit.

I am not sure about BIAS FX, they may update that more frequently. They tend to release a new product, patch it up until it is stable and then move to the next product. I own every VST but the modulation pedal plugin and Bias FX. I think they are probably a small company with limited employees, but I do like most of their products.
